The New Albany Company (NACO) owns some of proposed site as well as the expansion ground surrounding the site. NACO’s master planned community encompasses over 10,000 acres, of which over 5,000 acres make up the New Albany International Business Park. Additionally, KLNB is managing the property for the additional land-owner of 95+/- acres located within the business park.
