
Eastland-Fairfield Adult Workforce Development offers a variety of adult training programs, from automation to information technology, and works with employers to create a customized training plans to meet specific workforce needs. Program training areas include safety, industrial and facilities maintenance, industrial automation, and welding. More than 85 percent of Eastland-Fairfield adult students graduate each year in training programs that typically take nine months to complete. Some of the programs allow students to learn on the job while being paid with an approved business partner. Approximately 78 percent of students receive some sort of financial aid.
