The 2025 CEO Summit, May 7 at Bath & Body Works DC3, will delve into the access to three vital resources — power, water and people — exploring their importance in fostering a thriving economic and business environment. CEOs will offer insights and strategies within these economic pillars while aiming to stay at the forefront of future growth and advancement. The annual CEO Summit is an initiative of the Ohio Business Roundtable established for one sole purpose: to improve Ohio’s business climate.

Since its inception, it has worked with Ohio’s governors and legislative leaders to make Ohio more business-friendly and more competitive both nationally and internationally. This year, topics will include future-proofing Ohio’s energy and water infrastructure, leveraging innovation to enhance global competitiveness, building top workplaces and upskilling for the digital economy, and positioning Ohio as a national growth hub.

The Roundtable is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization comprised of over 127 presidents and CEOs of Ohio’s top companies, 93 of which are headquartered in the state and more than one third of which are Fortune 1000 companies.
