SmartRide New Albany and the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) teamed up several years ago to meet the growing transportation needs of employees in the New Albany International Business Park by offering easy, affordable commuter bus service with free shuttle service to and from local businesses. Line 35 runs every 60 minutes from 5 am to 10 pm between the north Columbus area to the New Albany Park & Ride seven days a week. Line 45 provides rush hour express service between downtown Columbus and the Park & Ride. SmartRide New Albany shuttles run hourly between the Park & Ride and area businesses. With Central Ohio Transit Authority Express Line 45’s route updates to rush hour service and COTA Line 35 running seven days a week, now is a good time to use public transit to commute to and from work.
