City officials and staff joined Edged Energy recently to celebrate a construction milestone, “topping out,” the ceremonial placement of the final beam or at the top of a building, marking the completion of the structural phase of the $246 million project. Edged’s new world-class facility will feature high-density Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads, advanced waterless cooling, and ultra-efficient energy systems. The 206,000-square-foot facility is expected to be completed summer 2025. The state-of-the-art operation will set a new standard for sustainability and performance by conserving nearly 95 million gallons of water annually.
