Brick House Blue at Innovate New Albany to Open in December

The City of New Albany has announced plans for the opening of Brick House Blue at Innovate New Albany, a new model of co-working and business development designed to foster collaboration, build community, and drive growth for startups and businesses of all sizes. The City is renovating 22,000 square feet of first floor space at 7775 Walton Parkway that is expected to open in December 2024 in the New Albany International Business Park. Brick House Blue at Innovate New Albany will offer fully furnished co-working spaces and offices, huddle rooms, a podcasting suite, a sports simulator room, a “pub,” and stocked refreshment stations as well as 24-hour access and ample off-street parking.

Brick House Blue will also manage versatile meeting and event spaces that can accommodate groups as small as eight to more than 100 available to everyone throughout the New Albany community. “Together with Brick House Blue, our new co-working partner, we are excited to offer a one-of-a-kind model to help businesses accelerate growth while navigating barriers,” said Mayor Sloan Spalding. “It’s another example of the innovation ecosystem that leverages partnerships and builds productive alliances to allow our City to attract and retain a remarkable range and caliber of companies.”

Brick House Blue at Innovate New Albany will feature an unparalleled environment curated and managed by one of the region’s most popular co-working providers known for its creative, collaborative communities where businesses find the right fit for growth.
