Companies have until April 3 to register for Ohio Department of Development’s Export Training programs designed to help Ohio companies export their goods and services, gain export knowledge, and participate in trade missions. Through the program, small and medium-sized businesses can learn to increase sales, diversify, and stabilize their businesses. Upcoming training sessions run April 9 through May 1 and focus on guidance and resources, development of an export plan and strategy, and implementation schedule. Companies can receive 100% reimbursement on export training, up to $5,000 per grant year. Training must be successfully completed to be reimbursed. Reimbursement requests are due within 30 days of training completion.
