Emergency Ride Home is a free service for transit commuters who are stranded and need transportation due to an emergency, illness, or unexpected overtime. It’s designed to ease the minds of commuters who carpool, vanpool, bike, or take the bus to work and need to get home quickly. Commuters pay for their ride up-front and can be reimbursed up to four times a year for Uber, Lyft, Taxi service, or other licensed rideshare trips.
