New Albany Businesses Receive City CARES Grants

New Albany has allocated $200,000 in federal CARES Act funding to more than 50 small businesses in the community through its New Albany CARES Small Business Grant Program. Every New Albany company that applied and met the eligibility requirements received funding. The grants, ranging from $3,000 to $15,000, are designed to help companies with two to 50 employees offset expenses incurred as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. A New Albany Chamber of Commerce grant review committee oversaw theselection process.
