A recent feature in the June edition of Columbus CEO spotlights the wave of expansions at the 5,000-acre New Albany International Business Park. Shovel-ready, technology-ready sites, a robust fiber optic network, triple-feed electric capabilities and fast track permitting have been key to the city’s commercial growth. Expansions alone account for a 5.3 million increase in square footage and $2.9 billion in investment.

Additionally, the park’s clusters of commerce – personal care and beauty, information technology, healthcare, corporate office and R&D and high-tech manufacturing and logistics continue to position the park for growth.
