The New Albany Chamber of Commerce recently recognized local businesses as well as a business leader, program and student for excellence and innovation in business and contributions to the community. The 2019 Delta Awards winners include Outstanding Large Business, Wesley Woods at New Albany; Outstanding Medium Business, Alene Candles; Outstanding Small Business, Wright Stuff Dispatch; Outstanding Business Leader, Kerri Mollard, founder & CEO, Mollard Consulting; Outstanding Program, Lifetown Columbus; and Outstanding Student: Aaron Westbrook, Form5 Prosthetics.
According to the Chamber, the Delta Awards program is an opportunity to recognize outstanding individuals and organizations for their achievements and contributions to our community. Each year the awards are presented to individuals who aspire to the highest levels of professional accomplishment, excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way, and actively support and inspire others to reach their full potential. The local businesses and community leaders were recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting in December.
