After a nationwide search, Post Consumer Brands has decided to keep its newly acquired Bob Evans prepared-foods division in the New Albany International Business Park. Post will move the operations and 130 employees to a 42,000 square-foot space at Water’s Edge 5, 8200 Walton Parkway. UBS, one of the first companies to move to Market Square, is relocating to new space in the village center designed to accommodate the wealth management and financial services branch’s growth plans. VanTrust, a national full-service real estate development company, is building 300,000 square feet of speculative office space in the park.
