Mount Carmel New Albany Welcomes New President

Mount Carmel Health System recently announced the appointment of Timothy P. Graham, MD, MHPE, FAAFP as the new president of Mount Carmel New Albany, Mount Carmel Dublin, and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s. Dr. Graham brings over 20 years of clinical, academic, and executive leadership experience to this role. He has served the health system in many capacities, including Chief Medical Officer for Mount Carmel Dublin, Mount Carmel New Albany, and Mount Carmel St. Ann’s, Designated Institutional Officer, and Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program. In his new role, Dr. Graham will lead strategic and operational efforts across the three hospitals, focusing on enhancing patient care, advancing health equity, and fostering a culture of compassion and excellence. Dr. Graham served as interim president for Mount Carmel St. Ann’s and Mount Carmel New Albany following Diane Doucette, retirement in June.

As a member of the regional executive team, Dr. Graham will also play a key role in advancing integrated clinical programs and supporting the development of a unified physician network across the region. “Dr. Graham’s deep commitment to clinical excellence, education and innovation has already made a lasting impact on our health system and the communities we serve,” said Tauana McDonald, President and CEO, Mount Carmel Health System. “I look forward to seeing his passion for quality, safety and high-reliability health care continue to make a difference in central Ohio.”
