In another big win for the Columbus Region, American Regent, Inc., a Daiichi Sankyo Group company, has chosen to strengthen its footprint in New Albany. A new multi-million-dollar expansion will create more job opportunities, allowing for the pharmaceutical company to better utilize our region’s logistical advantages to grow and serve more patients.
American Regent is a leader in developing and delivering complex, hard-to-manufacture injectables and drug shortage products. Through this latest expansion project at its existing facility in New Albany, the company is now positioned to produce a new, life-saving oncology drug in the Ohio area. The physical expansion will grow the existing building and modernize the current facility.
