Eastland-Fairfield Adult Workforce Development offers nine full-time adult training programs, three cost-free adult employment preparation courses, and a variety of opportunities to help you enhance your skillsets. Programs range from facilities maintenance and industrial automation to welding. More than 85 percent of Eastland-Fairfield adult students graduate each year in training programs that typically take nine months to complete. Some of the programs allow students to learn on the job while being paid with an approved business partner. Approximately 78 percent of students receive some sort of financial aid.
