Resources: State’s Export Training Spur Business Growth

Companies have until April 3 to register for Ohio Department of Developmentā€™s Export Training programs designed to help Ohio companies export their goods and services, gain export knowledge, and participate in trade missions. Through the program, small and medium-sized businesses can learn to increase sales, diversify, and stabilize their businesses. Upcoming training sessions run April 9 through May 1 and focus on guidance and resources, development of an export plan and strategy, and implementation schedule. Companies can receive 100% reimbursement on export training, up to $5,000 per grant year. Training must be successfully completed to be reimbursed. Reimbursement requests are due within 30 days of training completion.
