Recently, members of New Albany City Council and City staff joined DSV Solutions leadership for a groundbreaking ceremony on the company’s 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse which, when completed, will be the largest industrial building in New Albany. Slated for completion in early 2025, DSV will be the first occupant in VanTrust Real Estate’s New Albany Tech Park. Denmark-based DSV Solutions is a global leader in transport and logistics and offers multiple services to support the semiconductor industry. “We were extremely impressed with the investments in infrastructure the City has made, and its support of the fast-growing semiconductor industry in the area,” said Mike Marlow, president of DVS North America Solutions.

The New Albany Tech Park is an approximately 500-acre area within the New Albany International Business Park.
