The Ohio Department of Transportation will begin construction on State Route 161 between Interstate 270 and the U.S. Route 62 interchange in July to accommodate increased traffic from future commercial development throughout the area. The improvements include widening SR 161 between I-270 and the U.S. 62 interchange and widening the ramp from SR 161 west to I-270 north. Two additional lanes – one in each direction – are expected to open by November 2024, and all other construction activities should be completed by August 2025. LEARN MORE
