Tech Cred Announces Application Schedule for Employee Training Grants

The state has announced its 2023 application schedule for Ohio TechCred grants that cover the cost of technology-focused training programs for private employees. TechCred helps employees learn new skills while enabling employers to build a stronger workforce with competencies needed in a tech-infused economy. New TechCred applications open March 1 and close March 31. Training for approved credentials may start on or after the first day of the month immediately following the last application period. Employers who submit successful applications will be reimbursed up to $2,000 per earned credential. Many trainings can be completed online. APPLY NOW
