Innovate New Albany now offers co-working options and meeting space rentals through the Deskpass App. Deskpass’ growing network includes thousands of coworking spaces in 11 countries and 124 cities. Innovate New Albany features 7,000 square feet of coworking space, conference rooms, business development support and more in the New Albany Business Park’s Signature Office Building, 8000 Walton Parkway.

In addition to offering coworking space, Innovate New Albany features the highly popular TIGER Talks and TIGER Workshops as well as Expert Office Hours where professionals in fields ranging from law to finance and marketing provide free business development advice. It is a one-stop shop where government, area businesses, venture capitalists and private agencies come together to provide the guidance, expertise and services that new businesses need to succeed. In partnership with The New Albany Company, the City subsidizes rental rates and provides a wide range of services, such as a fiber optics network, office space, conference rooms, workshops, and seminars.
