Bath & Body Works was among 12 central Ohio companies listed in Forbes magazine’s ranking of America’s “Best Large Employers for 2022” The list is based upon a nationwide survey of 60,000 Americans working for companies with at least 1,000 employees. The acknowledgement comes less than a month after Bath & Body Works, one of the world’s leading specialty retailers of exclusive fragrance-infused products for the body and home, was listed eighth among Forbes’“Pandemic Winners: The 10 Best Performing U.S. Companies.” According to the article, BBW continued to excel in brick and mortar while boosting its digital performance leading to a 184% increase in its stock price. The company has 1,750 company-operated locations in the U.S. and Canada, and more than 300 international franchised locations.
