A&F, Lower, Feazel Recognized for Best Workplaces

In a year when hiring presented many challenges for employers across the country, three New Albany International Business Park companies got a boost recently. Abercrombie & Fitch Co. was named one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in RetailTM by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. Meanwhile, fintech innovator, Lower and Feazel, a roofing and exterior remodeling company, were recognized by Columbus Business First among the 45 Best Places to Work for 2021.

A&F’s Best Workplaces in Retail award was based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 1.3 million current employees working in the retail industry. This year is Abercrombie & Fitch Co.’s first time being named to this prestigious list. The Business First recognition for Lower and Feazel is based on independently administered workplace satisfaction surveys. This fall, both companies also received CBF’s annual Fast 50 Award in recognition of their growth in 2020. The two New Albany companies have also garnered honors within their respective fields. Feazel was named Residential Roof Contractor of the Year by Roofing Contractor Magazine. Dan Snyder, Lower founder and CEO, was named Executive of the Year as part of CBF’s BizTech Awards program.
