Applications open May 3 for grants to support restaurants still recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on their businesses. The Small Business Administration is distributing $28 billion in funds. The amount of funds available to restaurant owners will depend upon the losses sustained and how much money they received in previous rounds of federal aid. For the first 21 days applications are open, grant awards will focus on minority owners and smaller restaurants to counter an imbalance created in previous funding rounds. LEARN MORE
