Year in Review Highlights City’s Accomplishments

In a year like no other, New Albany continued to attract new business, helped existing businesses expand, opened Rose Run Park, added leisure trails and refined its path to progress through strategic planning. Facebook began serving traffic at two of five planned data centers prompting a national site selector to tout the city’s location for data centers. Leveraging a virtual platform to keep developments on track resulted in new projects totaling $272 million, including more data centers, multi-tenant buildings, an amphitheater and hotel.
