Motor Enclave, a Michigan-based developer of high-end, luxury garages for storing and displaying vehicles, is a step closer to building 165 garages that will be housed in ten buildings on 20 acres north of SR-161, south of Smith’s Mill Road and west of Kitzmiller Road after New Albany City Council approved its rezoning request. Owners can customize the private “car condos,” ranging in price from $160,000 to $550,000, for storage, offices or entertaining family, friends and clients.
