The annual New Albany Lecture Series continues this month with virtual Conversations on Social Justice featuring award-winning historian and author, Ibram Kendi, and civil rights lawyer, scholar and author, Michelle Alexander. The series continues in 2021, focusing on civil discourse, health and mental health. The New Albany Symphony Orchestra will start its season with a socially-distanced Holiday Spectacular followed by Musical Giants, a world premiere performance for percussion and orchestra as well as Songs from the Heartland and sensory-friendly performances.
