Local Nonprofit Steps Up to Make Face Shields

A graduate of the Innovate New Albany incubator and New Albany Chamber Delta Award Winner, Form5, a nonprofit, has pivoted from making eco-friendly prosthetics for people in poverty with limb differences to producing face shields to donate to health care and emergency medical staff. Founder and CEO, Aaron Westbrook, a recent New Albany High School graduate, uses the same technology – 3-D printing and closed-looped recycling – to create reusable visors with disposable single-use shields made out of clear report covers that can be replaced in seconds.
