The city’s commitment to cutting red tape and timelines has led Alene Candles to invest $30.7 million in a 280,000-square-foot warehouse in the fast-growing beauty campus. The company was able to break ground in just 60 days. One of the first companies to move to the campus and the first to locate in a multi-tenant manufacturing and production facility on the beauty campus, Alene Candles plans to relocate 90 employees from existing facilities and create 38 new jobs here.
