The largest walking-only race in the United States, the annual New Albany Walking Classic, celebrates its 15th anniversary on the race course September 15. The Classic draws thousands of participants at every level, from Olympic-caliber competitors to recreational walkers. Organized by the nonprofit, Healthy New Albany, the 10k course starts at Market Square.
