Voted the best walk in the country, the 14th annual New Albany Walking Classic will wind its way through the 10K USA Track & Field certified course in the master-planned community’s neighborhoods, leisure trails and parkland on September 9. North America’s largest walking event of its kind attracts a wide range of participants from elite athletes to the casual trekker. The event runs from 8 am to noon. It starts and finishes at Market Square. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is the presenting sponsor. Aetna and Abercrombie & Fitch are major sponsors. Proceeds benefit Healthy New Albany.
