The New Albany Personal Care and Beauty Campus has landed one new company while two existing businesses have announced expansion plans. Packaging manufacturer Amcor Rigid Plastics will invest $3.8 million in a new 60,000-square-foot warehouse that will be built adjacent to its factory, enabling it to consolidate its manufacturing and inventory to better serve customers. Aromair Fine Fragrance, which manufactures and distributes fragrances, home and air care products, is expanding into 84,000 square feet of leased space in Pizzuti Cos.’ Multi-Tenant II building. New York-based Onyx Packaging Corporation, a design, manufacturing and distribution packaging company, will also lease 36,000 square feet of space in the new Multi-Tenant II building.
