Two new tenants to the New Albany International Business Park add to that diversity. Aerotek, one of the country’s leading recruiting and staffing firms, will open its newest office in a Daimler Group development at 8100 Walton Parkway, adding 250 employees and a payroll of $16 million. Homeside Financial, ranked among the Top 100 Mortgage Companies nationally by Mortgage Executive Magazine in 2016, will move into Daimler Group’s Water’s Edge, 7775 Walton Parkway, adding 14 employees and a payroll of $5.5 million.
