Fran Horowitz, A&F’s President and Chief Merchandising Officer, capped off her first year at the helm of the global fashion brand with New Albany Chamber of Commerce’s Delta Award for Outstanding Business Leader.

The award recognizes an individual who is a “leader in a flourishing business in New Albany and demonstrates integrity, embraces innovation and recognizes the contributions of others to the organization’s success.”

Horowitz has called New Albany home since 2005 when she moved here to become Express Inc.’s executive vice president for women’s merchandising and design. She also held leadership positions with Ann Taylor Loft and Hollister before stepping into her new role.
