NACO was founded by New Albany residents, Les and Abigail Wexner, in the 1980s. Mr. Wexner is the founder, chairman and CEO of L Brands, the parent company to Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret and other national retail operations. NACO’s master planned community encompasses over 10,000 acres, of which over 3,500 acres make up the New Albany International Business Park.

1.     A 36” water main and booster station located along Morse Road east of Avis Road. This is the primary water source for the business campus.
2.     A 16″ water main located in the vicinity of Smiths Mill Road and Beech Road. 
Excess capacity of the line serving the property: Water service is provided by way of an existing booster station located in the City of New Albany that has a capacity of 16MGD. This booster station is supplied from a regional booster station and storage depot that is operated by the City of Columbus which has 10.0 MGD of storage and a total pumping capacity of 49.0 MGD (34,000 gpm). Additionally, an existing 2MG elevated water storage tank is located within 1.5 miles of the subject site, which further supports the operation of this pressure district.

Construction of an additional 5,000’ of 48” gravity sanitary sewer has been funded and will begin in August, 2020 with project completion in 2021. Completion of this project will eliminate the temporary sanitary sewer pump station and force main and provide the permanent gravity sanitary sewer outfall to the corridor.
